Class Descriptions:

Sweet n’ Spicy Belly Dance: Danielle Davies
Belly dancing celebrates being a woman in a way that is sensuous, graceful and powerful. In this class, you will combine movements that incorporate both the Lebanese and Egyptian styles. Students will explore movements from head to toe, focusing on isolation and muscle control. Don’t be surprised if you discover muscles that you never knew you had! All levels are welcome!

Zumba: Laura Furtado
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Sexy Dance Grooves: Danielle Davies
Sexy Dance Groves is dance class designed to highlight the important aspects of fitness, dance and fun. In a unique way, women have the opportunity to experience different styles of dance such as Salsa, Hip Hop, Strip to Fit, Jazz, Bollywood, Belly Dancing and more! Dance Grooves is a high-energy, cardio lovin’ class that fuses various styles of dance to help you get fit and have fun! The class offers custom, basic choreography, to get you movin’ and groovin’! Regardless of what style you do, you’ll be dancing! This is class is open to all levels; you DO NOT have to be a dancer!!!

Hip Hop: Laura Furtado
Get ready to “funk it up-” hip hop styles!! The Hip Hop class consists of a heart-pumping warm-up with body isolations to get the mind and body moving and grooving to some popular beats. We then sweat to top 40 music including Hip Hop, R & B and Reggae, as we learn a fun and sexy choreographed routine! This session is great for those women who are looking for a cardio workout that is different, fun and sexy!

Love Movemnet: Marina H.
Marina H. from local dance troupe “Love Movement” brings forth the high energy and rebellion in choreography which defines her crew. In this class, you will explore the flow and movements created by different sounds and emotions. You will learn how to release the love within your soul in a very sexy and high energy dance. You will get fit while learning how to explore and read sound through aerobics-based principles to gain your confidence on the dance floor.
